farmaceut.ba app · Effective 20 October 2026

1. Who we are

The farmaceut.ba app and website are operated by DSO AppVision, Tuzlanskog odreda br. 7, 75000 Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, tax ID (JIB) 4311654070008 (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the processing of your personal data described in this policy.

For any privacy question, write to support@farmaceut.ba.

2. Data we collect

3. Data we do not collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or any data about your health.

The camera is used only to recognise text on a medicine box. Recognition happens on your device; images are not stored and are not sent to our server.

We do not track you across other apps or websites, we do not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) and we do not sell your data.

4. Why we use data

We process data to perform our contract with you (the Terms of Use you accept when registering) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the app working correctly and securely.

Sponsors receive only aggregate numbers of views and taps, never data about an individual user.

5. Who has access to the data

Data is stored on servers of our contracted hosting provider. Emails (verification and password reset codes, support replies) are sent through our contracted email service provider. These providers process data only on our instructions and may not use it for any other purpose.

We do not share data with anyone else, except where required by law or by a competent authority.

6. How long we keep data

7. Deleting your account and your rights

You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → tap your name (first item) → Delete account, then confirm with “Delete account”. This deletes your personal data, viewing history and settings from our servers.

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and to object to its processing. Send your request to support@farmaceut.ba; we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

8. Security

Communication between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS). Access tokens are stored on the device in the system Keychain.

9. Children

The app is intended for adults, primarily healthcare professionals, and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

We will notify you of significant changes to this policy in the app or by email. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last changed.
